The Joy of Sharing
“Christ Our saviour is born to us and we are here to share his love and happiness around us.
First and foremost we are very grateful to the Lord Almighty God for giving us the opportunity to have mission experience in our own mission place. It is amazing to see how the ways of God is ,His plans and projects we really can’t understand .In the beginning we had planned to go To Roha then we changed and decided to go Ahamadnagar . But the lord wanted to go our own mission and to experience Him in his people. That we ended up there in Roha.
We were very happy and excited for the mission experience in Roha for three days from 27th to 29th of December. On 27th early in the morning we left home and started our journey to Misson place. We reached our house at 11.a.m.We freshen up and went to church for the gathering of all the wadies who had come to celebrate the Christmas with us.. We enjoyed in participating and interacting with all the children. we experienced the joy of giving and sharing in this time of Christmas as baby Jesus came to bring the love, joy and peace to all. It was really a wonderful experience for each one of giving our self in this time of Charismas season.
On 28th morning we visited Bhatsaiwadi, The children were happy to see us there once again, being with them we felt one with them in their happiness and Joy. There we conducted some games for the children and spend some time with them. And then we went to spend some time in prayer in the mountain with sisters and children. We were surprised to see children in participating with us in silence moment and praying, they have a great the respect for the sisters, all the children were supportive to each other. There was a boy who has the hearing and speech problem but he was the one who was communicating everything to sisters. I felt that he is the gift given child of God.
Same day in the evening at 4.30.p.m we went to SambayWadi to stay in the night. The children were already there for the class so we met we introduced ourselves and they too introduced themselves to us. We conducted some games for them .All of them enjoyed a lot and we too were happy to see them enjoying. We experienced the simplicity, generosity and kindness from the family members where we stayed. They were generous enough to share with us the food, water, place to sleep and cloths. We experienced care and concern from them;. In this time of Christmas ‘the Lord came to visit us through the form of family’ We enjoyed our stay there with the family. Next day early morning we came back to home. It was really a wonderful experience for each one of us because the sisters in the community were very supportive to us and had arranged everything for us .We are grateful to them for their love ,care and generosity.
